EMERYSTATION EMERYVILLE, CAAnnouncing a new address...
EmeryStation I is the 270,000-sq.ft., 5-story centerpiece addition to the campus. Features operable windows, terraces on all offices levels, a 3-story Wintergarden atrium, and a fiber-wired and wireless infrastructure, the building serves the new-millennium technologies of its primarily technology-based tenant roster including Ask Jeeves, NorthPoint Communications, the Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Institute, Heidrick + Struggles, Home Account Network, IT Academy, and FullSpeed Communications. Phase II of the EmeryStation master plan is EmeryStation North, a 170,000-sq.ft. office building. Completing the urban village concept will be Phase III (The Terraces at EmeryStation), approximately 100 condominium homes over a parking garage of over 800 spaces.
The second phase, EmeryStation North, echoes EmeryStation I with its red brick facades conjuring images of 19th century train stations and transit stations. An emotional connection to Emeryville's past, a sense of place, and an eye to the future have been established.
Plenty of terraces at each level.
The third phase of EmeryStation is the residential component of this extraordinary urban transit village. The 150,000 square foot, mixed-use building has five stories of traditional and loft-type condominium homes over four parking floors. The housing element further anchors EmeryStation as the central core for the city of Emeryville and creates a new home for many San Francisco tenants migrating to Emeryville.
