Jacuzzi Street Complex
The Jacuzzi Street Complex was the first large rehabilitation project Wareham undertook in Richmond. Rehabiliated in 1977, the 150,000-square-foot property was converted from a manufacturing plant to a mixed-use retail/commercial projet. Located along I-80, it was the first conversion of its type and was sold in 1982.
